Cancellations with less than 48hours notice may incur the daily rate, if we are unable to re-allocate the time.

 

 

All Nurses: will provide their own uniform.

                will be able to provide evidence of

                GDC registration, Hep B status,

          CRB/DBS check and Indemnity Insurance

 

 

A timesheet will require a signature from an authorised person at the practice on completion of each days work. Signature of the time sheet by the client signifies satisfaction with the services of the nurse as well as the number of hours worked, but the failure to sign the time sheet does not excuse payment of Novia Dental charges in respect of the hours worked. A copy of the time sheet will be left at the practice.

 

Novia Dental has sole responsibility for payment and booking. Novia Dental has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the nurse's competence, integrity, reliability and qualifications and will make every effort to provide a service in accordance with the clients requirements.

 

Novia Dental will not be liable for any loss to the client howsoever occuring as a result of the action whether in a professional or personal capacity.

 

The client must provide proper supervision, direction and control at all times and will comply in all respects with all statutory codes of practice regulations and other legal requirements in relation to the clients practice.

 

All work will be invoiced after the nurse's last working day or for longer bookings on an agreed date.

 

Payment must be received within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

 

Payment can be made by BACS.

 

Novia Dental reserves the right to charge 8.5% fee on all overdue accounts.

 

Please note there are no agency fees or VAT to pay for our services.
